In Moscow, activists of the Gagarin district Youth Chamber made eight humanitarian flights, delivering everything necessary to participants of the special military operation and residents of the border territories. This was reported on November 26 on the official portal of the capital. mos.ru .

It is noted that the volunteers supplied more than 10 tons of cargo, which includes consumables for chainsaws, wires for generators, batteries, grinders, axes, cameras for wheels and camouflage nets.

The members of the youth Chamber have been engaged in volunteer activities since childhood.

"My parents explained to me how important it is to give people simple human attention. The Orthodox gymnasium where I studied often arranged trips to hospitals where elderly and seriously ill patients were lying. I saw that even just reading a book or a poem made their day a little brighter," said Ilya Ermolkin, a graduate student at Lomonosov Moscow State University and an activist.

The student participated in many actions, during which he was in many places, including the SVO zone, the Kursk and Belgorod regions. His experience marked the beginning of a new stage of youth volunteerism.

So, the activists themselves came to the border area, where they began to help people who had lost loved ones and property. This inspired the volunteers to create a new project, which includes trips with humanitarian aid and the organization of patriotic events.

It is specified that anyone can join the volunteers. The activists also offer residents of the capital to help with the transfer of humanitarian aid to the free zone.
