The court fined Mikhail Boyarsky for unpaid other fine

In St. Petersburg, a court fined Mikhail Boyarsky, People's Artist of the RSFSR, for lack of timely payment for another previously issued fine. On November 26, it became known from the materials of the court.

"An administrative penalty has been imposed," RIA Novosti quotes a fragment of the materials.

The decision has entered into force. The fine was imposed in accordance with Part 1 of Article 20.25 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Failure to pay an administrative fine on time").

It is proposed to collect from 10 thousand to 500 thousand rubles from violators.

In August 2024, a court in Moscow stripped Boris Repetur, an actor of theater, cinema and dubbing, of his driver's license for a year and a half for non-compliance with traffic rules. By the decision of the magistrate of the Lyublino district, the artist was found guilty of violating Part 3 of Article 12.27 of the Administrative Code ("Failure to fulfill duties in connection with a traffic accident").
