Forecasters predicted snow and temperatures up to +3 degrees in Moscow on November 26.

Cloudy, precipitation (mostly sleet), partly sticking sleet, ice — this weather awaits residents of the capital region on Wednesday, November 26. The corresponding forecast is published on the website of the Hydrometeorological Center.

The air temperature in Moscow will range from +3 to +1 degrees during the day. At night, the thermometer will drop to +2.

In the Moscow region, it will be from +5 to 0 degrees during the day, at night the temperature may drop to -1 degrees.

An easterly wind with a speed of 4-9 m/s is expected.

Atmospheric pressure will be 750-751 mmHg.

A day earlier, the Ministry of Emergency Situations warned of icy conditions and sleet on November 25 and 26 in Moscow. Precipitation in the form of sleet is expected these days, as well as icy roads and snow sticking to wires and trees. In addition, the agency urged citizens to be careful when driving, not to leave children unattended.

Tatiana Pozdnyakova, a leading specialist at the Meteonosti news agency, told Izvestia on November 24 that the capital region expects changeable weather in the coming week with a gradual increase in the impact of the anticyclone.

Earlier, on November 18, the air temperature in Moscow reached +9.9 degrees, thus breaking the record of heat that lasted 85 years, recorded in 1940.
