Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced on Tuesday, November 25, that several new projects for the integrated development of territories are being launched in the capital. According to him, it is planned to build more than 900 thousand square meters of real estate on these sites and create over 4 thousand jobs.

He noted that a new city block will be built in Novogireevo for renovation, as well as public and business facilities, including a center with a climbing wall. A block with an area of about 324 thousand square meters will be built in Strogino with a social infrastructure — a school for 950 students and a kindergarten for 350 children. Residential complexes for renovation with a total area of approximately 167 thousand square meters and a children's clinic with dentistry will be built in Losinoostrovsky and Yaroslavsky districts, writes Moscow 24.

Sobyanin added that a technopark with an area of about 75,000 square meters will appear in Maryino, an ambulance substation and new housing in Preobrazhenskoye, and a residential complex with a sports center and underground parking in Rostokino.

The mayor stressed that the city has already approved 150 construction projects on an area of more than 1.5 thousand hectares. They envisage the construction of over 30.6 million square meters. the purchase of real estate and the creation of approximately 350,000 jobs, according to the Moscow City News Agency.
