A day of mourning was declared on November 26 in the Neklinovsky district of the Rostov region after the attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the region. This was announced by the head of the municipality Vasily Danilenko.
"In connection with the attack on civilian infrastructure and the deaths of civilians, a day of mourning has been declared in the Neklinovsky district on November 26. National flags will be lowered at half—mast in all institutions and entertainment events will be canceled," he wrote on the Telegram channel.
