Stubb called the coming days crucial for peace in Ukraine
The coming days will be crucial for the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine. This was announced on November 25 by Finnish President Alexander Stubb.
"The next few days will be crucial in our efforts to achieve a just and lasting peace," he wrote on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
According to Stubb, he had a telephone conversation with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, and the head of the Kiev regime provided an overview of the current situation in Ukraine.
The day before, it was reported that the United States and Ukraine had developed a new peace agreement and reduced US President Donald Trump's peace plan from 28 points to 19. Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Kyslytsa noted that the meeting resulted in a carefully revised draft document that aroused "positive" feelings on both sides.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the situation around the American plan for a peaceful settlement is an information orgy. He clarified that due to the initiative, a lot of contradictory data and statements are being published.
