Russia and Ukraine should conclude a cooperation agreement on the Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant (NPP). This was announced on November 25 by the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi.

Grossi said on November 14 that joint efforts with the Russian Federation had succeeded in overcoming the "dangerous situation" at the NPP.
