The Nevsky Court of St. Petersburg fined Alexander Pimkin, who insulted and called for the murder of Russian citizens in online comments on one of the messengers. This was reported on November 25 in the joint press service of the city courts.

"Pimkin admitted his guilt. The court imposed a fine of 30,000 rubles," the press service wrote on its Telegram channel.
