Investigators have opened a criminal case on the torture of a young child in the city of Aldan, Yakutia. This was reported on November 25 in the Telegram channel of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Sakha Republic.
"An investigator of the investigative department for the Aldan district of the SU IC of Russia for the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) has opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under paragraph "d" of Part 2 of Article 117 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Torture of a minor who is obviously helpless for the perpetrator")," the statement said.
According to investigators, on November 16, 2025, a district police officer arrived at the apartment indicated in the neighbors' appeal, where he found a six-year-old boy with multiple injuries in the form of abrasions, bruises, bruises, and healed wounds to his head and body.
