The British authorities may try to bring down the peacemaking spirit of US President Donald Trump by discrediting him. This was reported by the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) on November 25.

"It is envisaged, in particular, to bring down Trump's attitude towards resolving the conflict by discrediting him. Plans have been concocted to reanimate the fake "dossiers" of former British intelligence officer K. Steele accused the head of the White House and members of his family of having links with Soviet and Russian special services," the service's website says.
