Sechin called China a strategic ally of Russia

Last year, the volume of mutual trade reached a record $245 billion."

The head of Rosneft also recalled that China, being a strategic ally of Russia, "ranks first among our country's foreign trade partners." In turn, "Russia ranks fourth in terms of bilateral trade with China," he added.
