Sergey Bezrukov sued over the sale of masks with his face
Russian actor Sergey Bezrukov has filed a lawsuit against an individual entrepreneur (IE) for selling masks with his face. This was announced on November 24 in the united press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the city of Moscow in the Telegram channel.
"Sergey Bezrukov asks the court to ban an individual entrepreneur <...> distribute his personal data on the Internet, as well as collect compensation for moral damage from the defendant," the publication says.
The actor noted that the defendant uses his personal data without consent: first name, last name, image.
Earlier, on November 17, it became known that singer Alla Pugacheva had lost the trademark "Recital" in force in Russia. It is specified that the trademark was filed with Rospatent in 2015 and was registered two years later. However, it expired in October of this year.
