Ukrainian media reported power outages after an explosion at a thermal power plant

In Odessa, power outages began after an explosion near a thermal power plant (CHP). This was reported on November 24 by the Ukrainian online publication Strana.ua" in his Telegram channel.

It is specified that after the explosions, a fire started in the area of the CHP.
