"People are not given the opportunity to leave on their own, packing their things and choosing a country to move to," the report says.

It is noted that Ukrainian citizens are being held in prisons of the United States Migration Service while awaiting deportation. According to the newspaper, the men did not live on benefits, and also paid taxes at the time.
