Andrey Razin, the former producer of the band "Tender May", has been charged with fraud on an especially large scale. Lawyer Assel Mukhtarova-Kazarnovskaya told Izvestia about this on November 24.

"As part of the criminal case, an expert examination was conducted to assess the damage caused. There are huge figures, much more than half a billion rubles. The case is being considered in terms of causing damage in connection with the illegal use of copyright objects," the human rights activist clarified.

Razin was charged under art. 159 part 4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation — it is a question of committing fraudulent acts on a particularly large scale.

According to the investigation, the producer for a long time used a fake contract with the author of the songs "Tender May" Sergey Kuznetsov and received money as the copyright holder.

On November 18, the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow detained the former head of the Skolkovo Technopark, Renat Batyrov, in a case of mediation in large-scale bribery. It was noted that the man faces up to 12 years in prison.
