Five people died from poisoning with a technical liquid near Vladimir

In the Vladimir region, five people died after drinking an alcohol-based technical liquid. This was reported on November 24 in the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee (SU IC) in the region.

"A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing death by negligence to two or more persons")," the department's Telegram channel says.
