Constructive progress has been achieved in the negotiations on the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine. This was announced on November 24 at a briefing by the press secretary of the European Commission, Paula Pinho.

"There is still a lot to be done. We are ready to do our share," she said.

According to the press secretary, the commission continues to work on a reparation loan for Ukraine. It is noted that the leaders of the countries belonging to the "coalition of the willing" will hold a videoconference on Tuesday, November 25, to discuss peace talks.

On November 23, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio called the negotiations on the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine in Geneva the most productive of all time and clarified that Washington and Kiev had made "tremendous progress" during them. The American Secretary of State also stressed that the United States understands the position of the Russian side in the same way as it understands what is a priority and unacceptable for each of the parties to the Ukrainian conflict.

On November 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted that Moscow had received a 28-point plan from Washington, which, according to him, could be used "as the basis for a final peaceful settlement."
