Izvestia and REN TV have won the awards of the creative contest "Shield and Pen" — 2025

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia summed up the results of the creative contest "Shield and Pen" — 2025. Izvestia correspondent Daniil Lankov became the winner in the "Changing Together" nomination. In addition, Yulia Tsygankina, the chief producer of the program "Emergency Call" of the REN TV channel, was awarded in the "Trust Police" nomination.

"Thanks to your work, the level of citizens' trust in law enforcement agencies is increasing, which is the most important criterion for evaluating police activities," Irina Volk noted.

The project was traditionally attended by journalists from federal and regional media outlets, employees and veterans of the internal affairs agencies of Russia and the CIS member states, members of the public, and information technology specialists.
