Peskov: no meeting of the Russian and US delegations is expected this week

Moscow remains open to negotiations between the Russian and US delegations. This was announced by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov at a briefing on November 24.
"I want to remind you that the President [of Russia Vladimir] Putin said that we remain open to such contacts and negotiations," Peskov said.
He also noted that at the moment there are no specifics on their implementation. This is how he answered the question whether a meeting of the two countries' delegations is planned this week to negotiate a peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian conflict.
