The development of public capital will be discussed at the Responsible Business Forum in Moscow

The responsible business forum "Congress: RBC — Public Capital" will be held in the capital on November 26. Representatives of government authorities, business associations, environmental organizations, and development institutions will take part in it, according to the NGO "Public Capital".

The event will be held at the RBC Event Center, participation is free.

"During the year, the topic of social capital was discussed at numerous international, federal and regional forums. The upcoming congress will be the largest event dedicated to public capital, where we will summarize the work done and discuss plans for the future," said Vladimir Petrakov, Deputy Head of the Moscow Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.

The central event of the congress will be the plenary session "National Goals — Sustainable well-being goals".

Asiyat Bagatyrova, CEO of NGO "Public Capital", noted that the congress will be one of the most important events of the year in the field of social responsibility of business. "The site provides great opportunities for everyone whose professional activities are related to this field," Bagatyrova stressed.

Last year, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives presented the Standard of Public Capital of Business. Later, its operator, ANO "Public Capital", was established. Georgy Belozerov, Deputy Director General of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, stressed that the standard is intended to become a new system for building government-business partnerships to improve public well-being and achieve national goals. "Over time, companies will not have to "report" in the usual sense — they will see their contribution to the increase of public welfare capital transparently and dynamically. And the government and potential partners will be able to objectively understand who is worth building effective and long—term cooperation with," Belozerov added.
