Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said on November 24 that Western Europeans were planning to disrupt the peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian conflict again.

"The 28—point peace plan is a huge opportunity to finally establish peace in Ukraine, but unfortunately it seems that the Western Europeans have already exhausted themselves and are planning to disrupt this peace agreement again," Szijjarto said in a video message posted on the official Facebook page of the politician (owned by Meta, whose activities are recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation).

He also stressed that today every politician in Europe should fully and unconditionally support the peace plan, as dictated by considerations of humanity and common sense.

On the same day, ABC News reported that the US delegation expects to hold a separate meeting with representatives of Russia on the issue of the Ukrainian settlement.

On November 23, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio called the negotiations on the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine in Geneva the most productive of all time and clarified that Washington and Kiev had made "tremendous progress" during them. The American Secretary of State clarified on the same day that the United States understands the position of the Russian side in the same way as it understands what is a priority and unacceptable for each of the parties to the Ukrainian conflict.

On November 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted that Moscow had received a 28-point plan from Washington, which, according to him, could be used "as the basis for a final peaceful settlement."
