An explosion occurred at one of the facilities in Baku. This was reported on November 24 by the newspaper Haqqin.az .

"The Republican Center for Emergency and Emergency Medical Care received a call in connection with an explosion in one of the facilities located on Ahmed Rajabli Street in Narimanov district," the publication says.
