The lawyer announced changes in the rules for the payment of bonuses and 13 salaries.

When calculating the thirteenth salary for employees, employers are required to document the type of bonus, its amount, criteria for granting and the date of payment. This was announced on November 24 by Alexander Khaminsky, a lawyer and head of the law enforcement center in Moscow and the Moscow Region.

"Starting from September 1, 2025, Article 135 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation was supplemented with a third part, which requires that the documents establishing bonuses (labor and collective agreements, regulations) must clearly describe the type of bonus, the amount, conditions of receipt and the payment period," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
