The lights went out in Pavlograd, Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine. This was reported on November 23 by the Ukrainian edition of "Public".

"After the explosion that sounded in Pavlograd in the Dnipropetrovsk region, the lights went out all over the city," the Telegram channel says.

On November 23, the Ukrainian edition reported that there are problems with light in Kharkov. It was noted that information about the metro stop also appeared in local publications on social networks.
