The director of the film "Letter to Santa Claus" urged to be careful with wishes

Director Kirill Kuzin revealed the main theme of his new film "Letter to Santa Claus" on November 23.

"You have to be very careful with your desires. The ones you write, the ones you launch into space," he stressed.

According to the director, the film tells about the letters that the boy wrote 30 years ago and which begin to come true in the present tense. He also explained that the choice of the era of the 1990s was due to the scenario where children's letters begin to influence modernity.

Kuzin shared that during the filming they encountered an unexpected problem — in the midst of the winter scenes, the snow melted, and the artists had to recreate the snowy space artificially. The director called this picture a special project in his work, noting that it helped him to grow creatively.

The director also noted that working with actress Natalia Oreiro was a pleasure, calling the actress a highly professional who loves the country and is ready to constantly come to shoot. He added that "when a person is professional, there are no difficulties with him."
