The program in honor of the opening of the winter season will be presented at VDNH on November 28-29.

The opening of the winter season will take place at VDNKH in Moscow on November 28 and 29. Residents of the capital and tourists will enjoy ice shows and street theater performances, performances and interactive events, said Deputy Mayor of Moscow Natalia Sergunina.

"By the beginning of winter, VDNKH had prepared a cultural program. It will include performances by figure skaters, ballet dancers and dance groups," Natalia Sergunina said.

The main center of attraction will be the skating rink, located along the Main Alley, around the Friendship of Peoples and Stone Flower fountains. There will be theatrical performances, acrobatic performances and much more.

At Pavilion No. 1 Central, VDNH guests will be able to watch a performance with fragments from the ballets Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty and The Firebird. An orchestra will play on the stage, and art objects will be installed nearby.

Hundreds of events are planned at VDNH for the upcoming winter season. For example, on December 6, hockey workshops and team competitions will be held at the ice arena near Pavilion No. 1 Central. On December 20, a charity festival will be held next to Pavilion No. 57.

From December 25 to January 11, a fair will be held on the square behind the Slovo Museum of Slavic Writing. Those who wish will be able to purchase home decorations, handicrafts, souvenirs, Christmas toys and candles. During the January holidays, a family program with cartoon screenings and theatrical performances is organized there.
