The situation with the US peace plan for Ukraine is constantly changing and remains uncertain. This was reported on November 23 by The Financial Times (FT) newspaper, citing an unnamed Western official.

"There is a lot of uncertainty. The situation is changing every hour," the newspaper quoted the source as saying.

The publication notes that Washington's proposal is a "living document" that continues to be finalized taking into account the comments of the Ukrainian side and European partners. "The newspaper.Ru" notes that US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Special presidential envoy Stephen Witkoff and Secretary of the Army Daniel Driscoll are participating in the negotiations in Geneva. The Ukrainian delegation is represented by the head of the Office of the President, Andriy Ermak, and Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Rustem Umerov. European interests are represented by the national security advisers of the leaders of Great Britain, France and Germany.
