The executor of ballerina Maya Plisetskaya and composer Rodion Shchedrin, Vladimir Titorenko, said that he does not yet know how to fulfill the last will of the spouses. He told about it on November 22 on the air of Channel One.

He recalled that, according to the last will of Plisetskaya and Shchedrin, their ashes must be united and scattered over Russia. Both spouses were cremated in Germany.

"I can't even imagine how to do this. Maybe when someone watches this show, it will help. Honestly, I don't know what to do about it: should I come to someone and tell them to combine the ashes and scatter them?" — said Titorenko.

Plisetskaya died in 2015, Shchedrin died on August 29, 2025. Russian President Vladimir Putin called the composer's death a heavy, irreparable loss for Russian and world culture.
