Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan expects to have a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday, November 24. The Turkish leader announced this on November 23 at a press conference in South Africa, where he participated in the G20 summit.
"This week, Mr. [President of Ukraine Vladimir] Zelensky was my guest. I will have a phone conversation with Mr. Putin tomorrow. Of course, during the bilateral meetings here [at the G20 summit] we discussed in detail the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, assessed the situation and considered what we can do," he said.
