Pushilin spoke about the actions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Krasnolimansk area

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are trying to create new lines of defense on the outskirts of Slavyansk and hold back the advance of Russian units in the Yampol area in the Krasnolimansk direction. This was announced on November 23 by the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin.

He recalled that after the capture of Platonovka, Russian troops established control over the road between Seversk and Krasny Liman, which disrupted one of the key logistics lines of Ukraine.

"Krasnolimanskoe direction: here, too, the situation is developing systematically. The enemy clings on as before, sees the subsequent risks," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.

According to him, by holding the Yampol area, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are trying to build fortifications closer to Slavyansk.

On November 21, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the Russian army had liberated 16 settlements in a week.
