Artillery crews destroyed military equipment and concentrations of manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Artillery crews of the 30th motorized Rifle Regiment of the 44th Army Corps of the North group of forces destroyed camouflaged positions, military equipment and concentrations of manpower of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the area of a special military operation in the Sumy region. This was announced on November 23 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

The artillery of the motorized rifle regiment successfully repelled the counteroffensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Sumy region, protecting the buffer zone. Thanks to accurate data from unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), the gunners were able to quickly hit the enemy's manpower, equipment, other artillery units and fortifications. High coordination with the UAV calculations made it possible to identify targets in real time and deliver a targeted strike, neutralizing each target with a single projectile — evidence of high professionalism.

"What are the main tasks: disrupting the rotation of the enemy, as well as the destruction of enemy manpower, <...>..> we are also working on disrupting the evacuation so that the enemy cannot evacuate their manpower. The work is intense and dense — up to 100 shells per day. The area is busy, the enemy is fighting back with counter—battery, but we are moving forward, not a step back," said the deputy commander of the division for military-technical cooperation with the call sign Kairos.

The skill of the gunners ensured the successful completion of all assigned tasks. Their powerful fire strike contributed to the advance of the assault groups in this direction. The military personnel of the North group of forces do not stop there and continue to destroy the detected targets. They conduct a dense barrage of fire on the enemy, quickly hitting targets in a few shots. After that, the calculations quickly turn off and mask the guns, preventing the enemy from revealing their positions.

On November 20, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that the crew of the T-72B3M tank of the 506th Guards Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 27th Guards Motorized Rifle Division of the Center group of forces destroyed the temporary deployment point (LDP) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Red Army direction from a closed firing position. It was clarified that from a distance of over 9 km, they fired a series of targeted shots with high-explosive shells.
