Five new integrated territorial development projects will be implemented in Moscow, and their implementation will create about 23,000 jobs in the city. This was announced by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin.

In particular, a modern city block with infrastructure will appear in Strogino on Marshal Proshlyakov Street. A school for 1,000 students, a kindergarten for 600 children, a sports complex with a hotel and a technopark will be built there.

In the Lyublino district, in Yegoryevsky Proezd, vl. 2-7 and on Lyublinskaya Street, vl. 82, there will be a city block, public, business and communal facilities, including "a shopping and business center, premises of a children's dental clinic, an ice arena, a sports complex," Sobyanin wrote in his channel in the MAX.

Technoparks, shopping malls, bank branches, cafes and restaurants will appear in the production area No. 11 "Ogorodny Proezd" in Maryina Grove. In Golyanov, between Amurskaya, Biryusinka and Irkutskaya streets, "a complex of buildings will be built for light and electronic industry enterprises, jewelry, construction plants, and a printing plant," the mayor said.

In turn, a modern business center with above-ground parking will be built in the Voykovsky district on Kosmonavta Volkova Street, 2-4, the mayor added.

Earlier in November, Sobyanin announced plans for construction under the KRT program in the Academic district of Moscow, as well as Tsaritsyn and Kuntsevo. For example, residential and public and business facilities will be built in the Academic district on Krzhizhanovsky Street. A modern residential quarter will be built in Tsaritsyn. "We expect to build about 30 thousand square meters of real estate for the implementation of the renovation program," Sobyanin said. In Kuntsevo, near the Molodezhnaya metro station, a multifunctional complex with offices, shops and restaurants is being reconstructed.
