The Aion and Hyptec models will appear in Russia under the GAC brand.

Aion and Hyptec cars may appear on the Russian market under the GAC brand, representatives of the Chinese automaker's headquarters in Guangzhou told Izvestia on November 22.

"If Aion and Hyptec cars are introduced to the Russian market, they will be presented not as separate brands, but as models of the GAC brand," the company said.

Thus, in Russia they will be presented as, for example, GAC Aion V and GAC Aion i60. If these models are introduced to our market, they will be sold at GAC dealerships.

The day before, on November 21, GAC presented the Aion i60 model at the Guangzhou Auto Show. The car was developed in close cooperation with Toyota, it is based on the Japanese Toyota bZ3X model presented on the Chinese market.
