The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked a substation in the Borovsk microdistrict in the city of Rylsk, Kursk region. This was announced on November 22 by the governor of the region, Alexander Khinstein.

"The Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out a targeted strike on a substation in the Borovsk microdistrict in the city of Rylsk. As a result of the attack, two boiler houses went out of order," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
