Tourists from Russia have been unable to leave the UAE for the second day due to flight disruptions.

Russian citizens have been unable to fly home from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for the second day due to flight cancellations. The tourists themselves told about it on November 22.

"We travel from city to city <...> And they have new information every five minutes," one of the travelers told Izvestia.

According to the tourists, their group of 50 people, including 12 children and the elderly, was scheduled to leave Sharjah on November 20. After the cancellation of the flight, the tour operator arranged a transfer to Abu Dhabi, but the flight there on November 22 was canceled. The new departure date was set for November 24th only.

Travelers report that the company does not provide clear information and cannot guarantee a flight. Representatives of the airline call this a one-time event.

The official reason for the failure has not yet been named.

Earlier, Flydubai flight FZ 992, which was scheduled to depart from St. Petersburg to Dubai, was postponed from November 20 to November 21 due to an aircraft malfunction. In this regard, 45 of the 126 passengers of the flight were accommodated in a hotel.
