Armed men attacked a Catholic school in the western region of Nigeria and abducted more than 200 schoolchildren and 12 teachers. This was reported by the Associated Press (AP) on November 22.
According to the agency, the attackers captured 215 students and pupils, as well as 12 teachers from St. Mary's School, a Catholic institution in the Papiri community of the local government of Agwar.
