Deputy Nilov recalled the shortest working winter for Russians this year.
Yaroslav Nilov, head of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans' Affairs, said on November 22 that Russians in January 2026 would work only 15 days out of 31, but this would not affect the amount of the salary portion.
"In 2026, there will be only 15 working days in January. The rest will be non—working days and non—working holidays," Nilov said in an interview with TASS.
