The first shipment of mineral water from Essentuki is sailing to India

The first batch of mineral water from Essentuki was sent to India. Several tens of thousands of bottles of natural water without gas are sent to consumers by sea, said Anton Doronin, head of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Stavropol Territory, in his Telegram.

According to the minister, a local company has created a new brand of water specifically for the foreign market. After the products reach the destination country, they will be marked with an Indian quality mark.

In the first eight months of 2025, the company increased exports to several destinations at once: Mongolia, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. The Asian market showed the greatest growth, writes StavropolMedia news agency.

In general, local manufacturers increased sales fourfold from 2020 to 2024. The geography of cooperation at the international level covers more than 20 countries. The company is actively developing supplies to Iran, Thailand and China.
