The Savelovsky Court of Moscow has arrested film critic Anton Dolin in absentia (recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent) in a criminal case on evading the duties of a foreign agent. This was announced on November 21 by the court's press service.

"The court granted the request of the investigation to choose a preventive measure in the form of arrest in absentia against Dolin," TASS reports.

The measure will be applied from the moment of the person involved's detention in the territory of the Russian Federation or his extradition from another state.

On November 18, the Savelovsky Court of Moscow announced that it had registered the first report on the violation of the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent in relation to political scientist Sergei Markov (included in the register of foreign agents).
