Actor Emmanuel Vitorgan announced the death of his mother-in-law

The family of People's Artist of the Russian Federation Emmanuel Vitorgan has suffered a grievous loss: Rimma Mlodik, the mother of the artist's wife, has passed away. The 85-year-old actor announced this on November 21 in his personal blog.

According to him, his mother-in-law died peacefully in her sleep, without disturbing others. The farewell procedure for Rimma Davidovna Mlodik is scheduled for Sunday, November 23. It will begin at 13:00 at the New Vostryakovsky Jewish Cemetery in Moscow. After that, relatives and friends will gather at the Vitorgan Cultural Center on Ostozhenka to honor the memory of the artist's mother.

"Dear friends!" Our dear Rimmochka, our mother, our grandmother is gone. My beloved mother-in-law… Quietly, easily, in a dream, without disturbing anyone...", — Vitorgan wrote on his Instagram page (owned by Meta, whose activities are recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation).

Emmanuel Vitorgan is in his third marriage. In the early noughties, the artist married Irina Mlodik. The couple is raising two daughters together: Ethel (born in 2018) and Clara (born in 2019). The actor was on very good terms with his wife's mother.
