The current year, 2025, has brought the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) to exhaustion. This was announced on November 21 by the head of the Ukrainian General Staff, Andrei Gnatov, in an interview with the German newspaper Die Zeit.

"This year of war has driven us to exhaustion," Gnatov said.

He also described the current situation of the Ukrainian troops as very difficult.
