Three people were arrested in Komi on charges of pedophilia.

Three people have been arrested in connection with the commission of sexual crimes against children in Pechora, Komi Republic. This was reported on November 21 in the press service of the Investigative Committee (IC) for the region.

"In Pechora, a criminal case is being investigated into the commission of sexual crimes against persons under the age of sixteen," the statement on the agency's website says.

It is noted that the defendants committed crimes by prior agreement. The court has placed a group of people in custody.

The day before, several suspects were detained in St. Petersburg for the manufacture and distribution of pornographic materials involving minors. It was noted that the police seized mobile communication devices from the detainees, information carriers containing metadata and confirming the placement of pornography. According to a source of Izvestia, among the detainees was St. Petersburg actor Vladimir Kolganov, who starred in the TV series "Street of Broken Lanterns", "Sea Devils" and "Killer Force". Later, the actor was arrested, he pleaded not guilty.
