Russians have become more likely to rent New Year trees

On the eve of the New Year, Russians began to rent Christmas trees and festive decor more often. This conclusion was reached by the experts of Avito Services, whose research was reviewed by Izvestia.

So, in the period from November 1 to November 19, 2025, Russians began to search 4.9 times more actively for services for renting live and artificial Christmas trees, and the demand for rental of New Year's decorations increased 3.4 times. The number of relevant offers increased 2.2 times compared to the previous month.

Renting a Christmas tree and festive decorations saves money and time. Thus, there is no need to dispose of a living tree or pack its artificial counterpart, as well as allocate space for storing Christmas trees and Christmas decorations — all these actions fall on the shoulders of the landlord.
