The Timiryazevsky District Court of Moscow has brought to administrative responsibility Russian pop MMA fighter Artur Kulinsky, known as AKAB for propaganda of Nazi symbols. This was reported on November 21 in the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the capital.

According to the court's ruling, the athlete was given 10 days of arrest.

"By a decision of the Timiryazevsky District Court of Moscow, Artur Sergeevich Kulinsky was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 20.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation," the Telegram channel said.

It was noted that in October, the athlete posted a video in which he sings the anthem of Ukraine and shouts Russophobic slogans. However, shortly after that, the fighter publicly apologized for the incident. He explained his action by saying that his girlfriend allegedly poured an unknown substance into his alcohol, adding "Газета.Ru ".

On June 30, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation began checking after a video with teenagers in Tolyatti who sang a song about the leader of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN, banned in Russia) Stepan Bandera and the anthem of Ukraine. A criminal case was also initiated in accordance with Part 3 of Article 354.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Rehabilitation of Nazism")
