The dismissed Minister of Justice of Ukraine, German Galushchenko, is under interrogation. This was reported on November 21 by the RBC-Ukraine news agency.

"We remind you that he appears on the so—called Mindich tapes, which were previously released by NABU as part of a scheme for large-scale corruption at Energoatom," the newspaper's Telegram channel wrote.

According to the agency, Galushchenko is being interrogated by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU). It is noted that the ex-minister is accompanied by lawyers.

On November 10, NABU revealed a money laundering scheme in the energy sector of the state, through which about $100 million passed.

On November 11, it became known that seven people were charged in Ukraine in the framework of the corruption case in the energy sector, including businessman Timur Mindich (he is called the head of the criminal scheme). The members of the group received illegal benefits from the contracts of Energoatom and legalized them through a back office in Kiev.

On November 12, a court in Kiev arrested Dmitry Basov, Director of Security at Energoatom, for two months with a $1 million bail. At the same time, Zelensky demanded the resignation of Energy Minister Svetlana Grinchuk and Galushchenko.

On November 19, the Verkhovna Rada dismissed Galushchenko. At the same time, former Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said that corruption schemes on the territory of the state were led personally by Zelensky and the head of his office, Andrei Ermak.
