The Kremlin has highlighted the importance of a new summit between the leaders of Russia and the United States, Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump. This was announced by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov at a briefing on November 21.
"The meeting is certainly necessary and important, but it is preceded by a lot of homework. At the expert level," he said.
