The Rolls-Royce car of actress Sofia Skaya (real name — Arzhakovskaya) burned down on the night of November 21 in St. Petersburg. This was reported on November 21 by Izvestia sources.
In an interview with the TV channel, the actress suggested that arson could be the cause. The foreign car caught fire on the third floor of the parking lot, the flames engulfed the engine compartment and the interior, the Ministry of Emergency Situations clarified in the Telegram channel.
"A car of this brand cannot run out without an ignition key. Accordingly, there was no key, there is a suspicion that it was either arson, or some other story - the car itself could not catch fire," said Sofia Skaya.
The luxury car was registered to Economy Style, a financial services company owned by the actress. Over the past five years, the company has been accused of tax evasion, and its debt has grown to 2.5 million rubles. 18 arrests were made on the burnt-out Rolls-Royce.
Earlier, on October 23, in St. Petersburg, police detained a 29-year-old local resident for attempting to set fire to a police building.
