On November 28, the Balashikha City Court of the Moscow Region will announce the verdict of the defendants in the case of fraud involving the apartment of Russian singer Larisa Dolina. The prosecutor informed Izvestia about this on November 21.

Earlier, the state prosecution requested a prison sentence of 6 years to 9.5 years for the defendants.

According to the charges, a criminal group consisting of "drops" of Angela Tsyrulnikov, Artur Kamenetsky, Dmitry Leontiev and Andrey Osnovy created schemes of deception. As part of them, they forced victims to transfer funds to controlled accounts or arrange real estate sales. It was clarified that the singer was offered to transfer money to "secure accounts" and conduct a fictitious deal with the apartment, which led to significant damage.

In addition, the scammers deceived a pensioner and a resident of the Moscow region. The attackers stole over 12 million rubles from her. The detention of one of the suspects, Tsyrulnikova— took place in July 2024 while receiving a fake money.

Dolina lost her savings in August 2024 due to phone scams and sold the apartment at their request. From April to June, the attackers in Ukraine deceived the singer. The scammers forced the Valley to transfer funds. After the actress realized that she was the victim of deception, she contacted law enforcement agencies.

In March of this year, the Khamovnichesky district court of the capital ruled in favor of Dolina on the counterclaims of the singer and Lurie. As a result, the court recovered more than 69 million rubles in favor of the singer in the framework of the criminal case.

On September 8, it became known about the rejection of Lurie's appeal. At the same time, the Moscow City Court upheld the decision on the ownership of the disputed apartment for Dolina, her daughter and granddaughter.

On October 27, Lurie appealed the decision to invalidate the purchase and sale of the artist's real estate to the Court of Cassation. On November 19, an informed source told Izvestia that the Balashikha City Court of the Moscow region refused to protect the defendants in returning the criminal case of fraud involving the singer Dolina's apartment to the prosecutor's office.
