China has not supplied lethal weapons to the parties to the conflict in Ukraine and strictly controls the export of dual-use products. This was stated on November 21 by the official representative of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, Mao Ning, at a briefing.
"China has never supplied lethal weapons to any of the parties to the conflict and strictly controls issues related to the dual purpose of civilian and military products," TASS quoted her as saying.
