US President Donald Trump's peace plan to resolve the Ukrainian conflict has received a new impetus. This was announced on November 21 by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.

On November 19, NBC News announced a new plan for resolving the conflict in Ukraine, which includes 28 points. Among them are the reduction of the size of the Ukrainian army and the volume of military assistance to Kiev, the granting of the state status to the Russian language, as well as the recognition of Donbass and Crimea as part of Russia.

The WSJ newspaper reported on November 20 that the European Union (EU) countries, which are dissatisfied with the US plan to resolve the Ukrainian conflict, are preparing a counter-proposal. The publication clarifies that Europe is trying to convince Ukraine to support their plan.
